guide to eating low carb------------->>>>>
It is hard to eat healthy and stay slim in our fast paced world. We have to choose between junk snacks that can be quickly microwaved, health foods which taste horrid, or god-forbid, cooking a nutritious meal by ourselves. Back in the day, being plump was a sign of wealth. Only kings and royalty could afford not be hungry. But today being "plump" has a whole new meaning. Being lean, slim and muscular is the new sign of wealth, because it is assumed the person has enough money and spare time to go to the fitness and or cosmetic surgery centers.
What can we do to become healthy? What can we do to be better (looking) people? As you all know, Dr Atkins has formulated a new diet. This diet, named after him, advocates eating right. I'm not qualified to give you the specifications of the diet, but I believe this gist of it is this: don't eat sugary or starchy foods. Some people might be thinking," Wait a minute! How can I live without potato chips, chocolate or Ramentm noodles? To which I reply: LOOK AT THE LIST OF LOW CARB FOODS BELOW! THIS IS JUST MY COMPILATION AND I AM SURE YOU CAN THINK OF OTHERS!!!!
